When we are constantly distracted by our phones, we miss out on things that happen around us. And in the event, we miss out on learning opportunities. We miss out on discovering new insights. And we miss out on acquiring fresh perspectives that are crucial for creativity and innovation
you do need creativity to come up with solutions to solve user problems (especially if they are novel ones), and you do need creativity to challenge old ways of working that may not be ideal anymore.
