I don’t know how and when I got so addicted to this methodology. I probably listened to too much Tim Ferris, read too much Jim Clear and Tony Robinson, watched too many YouTube videos by Matt D’avelia and Thomas Frank.
I hate every aspect of my life is quantified, and analyzed, rated, competed, but yet I still do it. What’s more laughable is that deep inside, I still feel pride towards it. The ridiculed pride and affirmation towards the illusion that I’m in control, that I’m improving, that I’m hitting my goals.
